Product Working Principle:

During the sintering process of tungsten, molybdenum powder and tungsten carbide, a large amount of H₂ is needed. In order to reduce tungsten powder and molybdenum powder fully, the actual amount of hydrogen provided is 5 ~ 8 times of the amount of hydrogen required for the reduction reaction. Most of the surplus hydrogen is released in the air, resulting in serious waste of energy. Many factories in China have successively established H₂ recycle systems, which not only greatly saves production costs, but also significantly improves product quality. The investment of H₂ recycle and purification equipment can take back in a short time.

After drip washing and gas/water separation, the recycle hydrogen is pressurized by fan or compressor, and then it was sent to the purification system. After deoxidization , condensation, adsorption and drying, the pure H₂ is sent back to the using point .

The pressure of normal pressure method is 10-30kpa. And the energy consumption of Roots blower is low, but the equipment volume and pipeline valve are large relevantly.

The equipment is control by PLC and program. The machine can run automatically without labour's care.
